The XXXVIII Medichem congress will be held from 22nd to 24th April, 2010 as a joint meeting with EPICOH. It will be organized by the Institute of Occupational Medicine and Industrial Hygiene, the National Taiwan University College of Public Health and Taiwan Environmental and Occupational Medicine Association in collaboration with the International Commission of Occupational Health (ICOH) and its Scientific Committee on Epidemiology in Occupational Health and the Scientific Committee on Reproductive Hazards in the Workplace. EPICOH is the Scientific Committee on Epidemiology in Occupational Health of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH). It has as its main function promotion of communication among epidemiologists, industrial hygienists, occupational health physicians, and other occupational health scientists worldwide. The Medichem Board acts as the Scientific Committee on Occupational Health in the Chemical Industry of ICOH. While all Medichem Board members therefore also have to be ICOH members in good standing, this is not mandatory for other Medichem members.
